Can you work with my interior designer?

Absolutely. Although we can help you with designing, finding, and purchasing the finish materials for your home, if you've already contracted with an interior designer we can absolutely work with them.

How do you charge per square feet?

Though the space of the home affects how we price our projects, square footage isn't the only factor we consider when estimating a project. Since no two homes are alike our estimates are unique for each project.

How long do remodels typically last?

Only accounting for the construction time, roughly, bathrooms take 3 weeks, kitchens take 6 weeks, and whole homes will take 8 to 10 weeks. Again, these are just rough estimates based on the average. If you'd like to know exactly how long your project will take, book a free consultation with us. When we're more acquainted with your project, we'll be able to give you a more accurate number.

Can I get an overview of the remodeling process?

Sure thing. Here's how the process typically goes: the first step is to create designs for your space then acquire the relevant plans from an architect or engineer if needed. Third, get city permits. Fourth, order the finish materials for the project. Lastly, we begin construction.

Inspection schedules will vary depending on the project but generally speaking, there will be a framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and final inspection that will happen whenever that stage of work is completed.

What cities do you work in?

Where we take on project is based on availability and distance from our office. Typically, we take on projects within 40 miles of Fairfield.

Do you warranty your work?

We warranty all our structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work for up to 1 year after the date of completion. We do not warranty defective appliances or materials that were bought from a retailer but installed by us.

What are your payment terms?

Our clients receive a scope of work that will outline all the work that we're responsible for and how much is due at each stage.

Payments are due whenever we complete a stage of the pre-defined scope of work we give to each of our clients.

Do you offer financing?

We do not offer financing directly but we will work with most banking institutions if you are financing your projects through them.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold a Class B - General Contractor license, License# 1049794. We have general liability insurance of $2 million for our projects, worker's compensation and disability insurance for our crew. You can see more details on our licensing on the CSLB website.
