Great design on our client's part turned this tract home master bathroom into a completely unique and creative interior. These homes on N Mariposa were built early 2010 so the bathroom was not exactly outdated but as part of almost 100 home development in Dublin, the homes weren't really distinct from one another.
As part of the scope, we removed the built in tub and replaced it with a freestanding tub instead. The shower location stayed the same. Most of the work came in the form of tiling and installing fixtures as you can see. We fabricated and installed this double vanity you see with under mount sinks. Materials used were Alderwood for millwork and trims, and quartz for the vanity top. Fixtures like the mirrors, lights, and faucets, our client purchased from various online stores.
