Driveway/ Entryway Remodel - N Almenar Dr, Greenbrae, CA

This design-build exterior renovation modernized the front of the home through a comprehensive update to the driveway, entry, and façade. While preserving the home’s original architectural character, the project introduced cleaner lines, updated materials, and a more contemporary appearance.

The existing driveway, entry stairs, and landing were demolished and rebuilt as a cohesive composition of cast-in-place concrete and decorative pebble joints. A custom stacked-grid pattern creates a strong visual identity across the front of the property, while new stairs and an expanded landing provide a more functional and welcoming entry experience.

A new front door and architectural canopy establish a stronger focal point at the entry. The street-facing windows were replaced, simplifying the façade and introducing a cleaner, more modern appearance. Updated exterior paint further unifies the composition while highlighting the home’s existing architectural lines.

The result is a refined exterior that dramatically improves curb appeal, creating a more welcoming first impression while remaining true to the character of the home.
